Diversified — Luxury Guest Amenities Call
Our own brand · Resort retail, not give-away

off.hours.

Skincare for the hours a guest is off the clock. Nine products in three collections — Sun, Face and Rescue — built for the resort boutique and introduced on the turndown tray.

Every other brand we carry is specified to be given away. off.hours. is the exception. It is built to be sold — at a consumer price point, in the resort boutique, to a guest who has already used it.

The reasoning is straightforward. A guest on day three of a beach holiday has run out of after-sun, has a lip that has cracked, and is not going to leave the property to solve it. Most resorts answer that with whatever the boutique buyer could source, at a markup the guest resents. A line the guest already recognises from their own bathroom shelf converts far better than an unfamiliar one at the same price.

So the two placements do different jobs. On the turndown tray the product name leads, large and plain, because a tired guest needs to know what the bottle is. On the boutique shelf the wordmark leads, because there the purchase is aspirational. The in-room placement is what makes the retail sale work — and it is a revenue line for the property rather than a cost line.

The name does the same work. Off hours is the feeling a guest is chasing from the moment they arrive: off the clock, off duty, unhurried. For a line that was born inside hotels rather than adapted into them, that is not a borrowed mood.

Three collections

Sun, Face and Rescue

Sun

The After-Sun, The Sunblock and The Cooling Mist — a poolside and after-sun refresher that rounds the line out. The products a beach guest actually runs out of.

Face

The Gold Serum No. 24 and The Recovery Cream. The hero retail products, where the number encodes the specification and does the work a long ingredient story cannot.

Rescue

The Eye, Hand, Foot and Lip Rescue — four products, one idea, and the tidiest sub-family in the range. Small formats that suit a turndown tray without looking like an amenity.

Naming runs off.hours. — The [Product]. The house name carries the brand; the plain descriptor tells a guest exactly what is in the bottle. Sun protection factors are confirmed per market at the point of specification rather than fixed in the product name.

How it is specified

Two formats, one line

Turndown formats

Small amenity bottles from the Sun and Rescue collections, placed as a gesture rather than as standard inventory. Product name forward.

Retail formats

Full packaging for the hero products, priced for a resort boutique rather than a duty-free hall.

Designed to refill

The category is moving away from single-use miniatures. Formats are specified with that in mind rather than against it — the same argument that governs our Molton Brown and Terre de Mars programmes.

off.hours. is manufactured to our specification, like M’STQ, Layali and M-Line. Formats, fills and co-branding can be adjusted for a group programme.
