Brands
Which brands do you distribute exclusively?
Seven: Molton Brown, H2K Botanicals, Aigner, Kent, Spongellé, T’amour and Biozone. Each exclusivity has its own scope by market and channel, and the brands page sets out exactly where each applies.
Do you have your own brands?
Yes, four, manufactured to our specification: M’STQ, Layali, M-Line and off.hours.
Products
What product categories do you cover?
Thirteen: wet amenities, turndowns, kids’ amenities, spa and gym, wellness and recovery, room fragrances, dry amenities, air purification, linens and towels, hospitality F&B, sustainable dining, premium gifting and private label. The products page covers each category in detail.
How do refillable dispensers work?
Each bathroom has a dispenser, typically 200 to 400ml, either wall-mounted or free-standing. Rather than replacing single-use miniatures, housekeeping refills the dispenser from 5-litre back-of-house containers. Dispensers come in refillable and single-use versions, and brackets can be theft-proof and tamper-proof. Terre de Mars, for example, uses 500ml bottles refilled from 5-litre containers.
Ordering
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the brand, and on whether the product is standard or customised. We can meet most clients’ requirements, so tell us what you need and we will confirm the minimum for that brand before you order.
How long does delivery take?
For contracted customers, we hold stock against forecast usage, so orders are supplied from stock. For large one-off orders, we can typically source within two weeks for urgent shipments, and up to twelve weeks for standard shipping. Co-branded items need additional manufacturing time, typically four to eight weeks.
Do you supply samples?
Most samples are free of charge. If a sample has to be custom-made, a fee may apply. More often than not, that fee is offset against the order that follows.
Customisation
Can our property’s logo appear on Molton Brown or Terre de Mars products?
Yes, co-branding can be arranged. Minimum quantities apply, and we will discuss them for your property. Co-branded items add four to eight weeks of manufacturing to the lead time.
How long does a private-label range take to develop?
It depends on how far the product is customised. Co-branding an existing range is a matter of weeks. Developing a bespoke fragrance takes between three and ten months, depending on how many rounds of samples it takes before approval. A complete range, including packaging, registration and first production, takes longer than the fragrance alone, and we will set out the full timeline for your project.
Markets and compliance
Which countries do you supply?
The six GCC countries (the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman), Lebanon, the Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, South Africa and Iraq. Deliveries to Iraq are made through our partner based there.
Are your products registered in each market?
Yes. Every product we supply into a market is registered with that market’s authorities, such as Dubai Municipality in the UAE and the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA). Registration documents are available on request.
Do your products meet sustainability standards?
Many do, but not every product carries the same certification. Where a product meets a sustainability standard, we can provide the evidence. Ask us about the specific products you are considering.
